The French Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that France “strongly condemned the settler assault which led to the deaths of several Palestinian civilians in recent days in Qusra and el-Sawiya, as well as the forced departure of several communities in zone C”.
“Violence committed by settlers against the Palestinian population is growing. They are unacceptable and must stop,” we read in a press release from the ministry.
“France calls on the Israeli authorities to take immediate measures to protect the Palestinian population, in particular the community of Susiya which has received imminent threats,”adds the same source.
Several Palestinians have been victims of attacks by settlers who have killed civilians in several Palestinian towns.
