White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki revealed on Tuesday that a PCR coronavirus test she had taken this morning came back positive.
“I had two socially-distanced meetings with the [US] President [Joe Biden] yesterday, and he is not considered a close contact as defined by CDC [Centers for Disease Control and Prevention] guidance… The President tested negative today via PCR test,” Psaki tweeted. Biden’s spokesperson also specified that she will not accompany the American leader on his Europe trip.
