The Ministry of Education published on Tuesday, October 20, 2020, a new assessment of the health situation in schools.
This report shows 1337 confirmed cases of coronavirus recorded in 652 schools (10.66% of total establishments) since the start of the school year until October 19, 2020. These are 588 students, 595 teachers, 154 staff in management or employees.
In addition to these 1,337 confirmed cases, the Ministry of Education also reports 3,514 suspected cases including 2,471 students, 798 teachers and 245 agents and employees.
