Tunisia: 195,000 Hajj candidates

Enrollment ends this Sunday, November 21, 2021. In total, 195,000 people are applicants this year for the pilgrimage to Mecca, declared the Minister of Religious Affairs Ibrahim Chaibi.
In media statements, he stated that Tunisia is still anticipating the decision of the Saudi parties to know the quota of Tunisians for this year.
Ge said that that the leadership of Umrah and Hajj are viewing into the preparation of a calendar devoted to pilgrims. Registration will continue till Sunday, November 21, 2021, pending what Saudi authorities decide on the measures and arrangements.
The ministry explains that the question relates only to the registration process and intends to set up a database of candidates that would enable the ministry to process and prepare lists of pilgrims.
