Director General at the Ministry of Commerce Houssem Touiti returned this Friday, September 8, 2023, to the shortages of basic goods.
Speaking on Shems FM, the official confirmed that 5,800 tonnes of rice will be available from next week. He likewise revealed that 79,000 tonnes of sugar were currently available.
The director general within the Ministry of Commerce denied, nevertheless, information suggesting problems with the supply of mineral water.
He remarked in this sense that the Ministry of Commerce continued its efforts to provide all basic and food products on the markets.
