Tunisia-Abir Moussi: Administrative court has no alternative but to dissolve Ennahdha

Free Destourian Party leader Abir Moussi affirmed that the answers of former Minister of the Interior, Farhat Rajhi, concerning the illegality of the procedures and the decision to create the Ennahdha party, are in themselves, further proof of the merits of the accusations.

Speaking to a private radio, she assured that Rajhi provided additional evidence, that he did not follow the legal procedures in force to authorize the creation of the Ennahdha party, and that he signed to conform to the general course in the country at the time.

Moussi added that the administrative court judges are not going to build their decision on general impressions but on facts and physical evidence available to it. She said the administrative court will, consequently, have no alternative but to nullify Farhat Rajhi’s decision and dissolve the party of Ennahdha.
