Speaking on the radio, former attorney and administrative judge Ahmed Souab yesterday underscored the significance of respecting the independence of the judiciary.
Remarking on President Kais Saied’s latest discourse, the former judge condemned the latter’s criticism of the judiciary, stating he is attempting to control the power in question.
He said in the same context that the justice system suffers from numerous ailments and this, because of the former Minister of Justice, Noureddine Bhiri.
