The Ministry of Energy, Mines and Energy said in a statement that opposed to news circulating on social media, there is no problem with the supply of Algerian gas. The statement emphasised that Algeria has no plan of suspending the supply of natural gas to Tunisia.
The ministry said Tunisia has requested Algeria to increase the volume of supplies to compensate for the decline in domestic production due to the El Kamour crisis and the problem with the Miskar gas field.
