Ennahdha member Ali Larayedh criticized the management of the political crisis by the head of the state Kais Saied. He estimated that the President of the Republic should have suggested amendments rather than suspending the Constitution as he should have organized early elections instead of halting the work of Parliament.
He said the measures adopted by the Head of State threaten the unity of the state and contribute to the destruction of its institutions. Larayedh more felt that Kais Saied’s sole purpose is to seize all the power.
