Patrols from the terrorism prevention services and intelligence units in various districts of the National Guard (Tunis, Monastir, Médenine, Mahdia, Ariana, and Kairouan) successfully arrested six takfirist elements, including two women. They were wanted for “membership in a terrorist organization” and have been condemned to prison terms varying from 1 to 3 years.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office has directed the required legal measures to be taken in collaboration with the General Administration of the National Guard.
