Joint patrols between central and regional terrorism prevention units and intelligence units in the National Guard districts of Ben Arous, Monastir, Teboulba, Fouchana, Sbeitla and Sfax, reinforced by rapid intervention units, were successful in apprehending 10 individuals wanted by various security units and judicial structures for belonging to a terrorist organization, according to a press release issued by the General Directorate of the National Guard on its official website
It turned out that the suspects, according to the same security authority, were condemned to prison terms varying from one to 40 years and the necessary legal measures were taken against them.
