Tunisia: Arrest of the suspect in the attack against the organizer of iftar tables

The Deputy Public Prosecutor at the Court of First Instance of Tunis 2 and spokesperson, Sami Smedhi confirmed to a private radio that the security units recently apprehended the young man suspected of having attacked the organizer of iftar tables sis Kabaria.
 
The victim who is one of the largest organizers of iftar tables in the capital, was attacked last night with a bladed weapon in the face, lower back by a young man who frequented the iftar table because of a simple dispute, according to the victim’s statements later. The public prosecutor’s office ordered officers from the Djebel Jelloud judicial police brigade to incarcerate the suspect, who was caught in the Ennour district, where he has been hiding since the date of the attack.
