The investigating judge of the court of first instance of Tunis issued, on Monday, an arrest warrant against a lawyer, for fraud, and selling what he does not own.
Preliminary data shows that an elderly man living abroad filed a complaint against the lawyer because he had given him a sum of money in exchange for the sale of property. Nevertheless, it turned out that this property had been sold on an “earlier” date through the lawyer who was the subject of the complaint.
