The investigating judge at the Tunis court of first instance decided to issue, this Friday, an arrest warrant against Samir Ouefi, in the case which followed a complaint against him, for scam, Mosaique FM reported.
The magistrate decided to maintain El Ouefi in prison, pending further investigation.
