Tunisia-Attessia denies Sami Fehri claims to have acquired 49% of its shares

Sami Fehri owner of “Ettounissia TV” announced the acquisition of 49% of Attessia’s shares. Fehri declared that the procedure will be finalized on Monday.

Issuing a press release to deny his claims. Attessia asked Sami Fehri to officially submit documents that prove the acquisition. Moreover, they demanded him to stop his “circus” on social networks.

Attessia stated that Fehri is welcome to join the channel’s team as a show host if he strongly desires so.
