Tunisia – AUDIO: “Bolt” taxis A house that gives a service it is unable to provide!

The editorial staff of Tunisie Numérique obtained the testimony of a citizen who lamented about the quality of service given by the “Bolt” taxi application.

Indeed, this citizen has opted for “Bolt” taxis for his children who are still minors, for the sake of safety. He was ready to spend double the fare for a “normal” taxi, presented his children were in good hands. “Particularly since these days, you never know,” he remarked.

Nevertheless, this gentleman must have been disappointed when he realized, to his cost, that the application does not have the means to guarantee the safety of customers and even less of their business.

Indeed, during his last trip in a “Bolt” taxi, this gentleman’s son had the misfortune of losing an accessory for his mobile phone. It occurred last Friday. But it took this gentleman four days to get someone down the line so he could get his objection through. It just goes to prove that the promised quality is not a given!

But he was not at the conclusion of his troubles, since this gentleman was responded to his complaint with a “We can’t do anything about it … It’s not our problem … You can go and complain, if you can. want ! “.

He must have been disappointed with paying double the fare for all his sons’ journeys to be sure they were, and their belongings safe. He told himself, all the same, that what transpired to him was not so bad, but what if it was a young girl who got in the taxi and she had been “bothered” in one way or another and is told that she has only to go and complain?

However, it is stated on the Bolt site concerning a lost or forgotten object the following note (taken back as is):

Drivers are notified of the obligation to report lost items to our partner centre or the nearest police station.
We do our best to assist you to find your belongings. Please note, nevertheless, that Bolt is not responsible for your items left in a car.
Remember to be grateful to the driver! Small compensations are always welcome!

And to say that the application in question prides itself on operating in 30 nations around the world and serving more than 100 cities! But it appears to have made the wrong choice for its staff in Tunis. At the risk of losing credibility. And as the world has become a small village… it may end up being identified in the 30 countries in question!
