Tunisia – Ben Arous: Rampage of emergency department ,2 doctors assaulted

Medical personnel in the emergency department of El Yasminette hospital in Ben Arous has been assaulted.

Following the arrival of a deceased patient and when notifying the accompanying persons, the latter went into a state of extreme rage, breaking down the facilities and assaulting the nursing staff.

One of the companions physically attacked a doctor, causing an injury to his head and back. Another doctor was almost crushed, on purpose, by another member of the deceased’s family. A police officer on duty in front of the service was in turn assaulted.
