71 new infections with the Coronavirus have been reported in the governorate of Ben Arous, out of a total of 220 tests carried out, said the director of preventive health of the region Fathi Letaief.
The total number of people affected in the region, therefore, stands at 1,130, including 500 recoveries, according to the same source.
In addition, 13 people are currently admitted to the emergency department of El Yasminet regional hospital, including 6 in critical condition and in need of resuscitation beds, medical sources at the hospital told the TAP Agency.
