The prosecution of the Ariana Magistrate’s Court has ordered the detention of a young man suspected of drug trafficking, following the finding of approximately a pound of cocaine at his house in Borj Louzir, Ariana.
As part of the fight against drug trafficking, the Ariana Nord judicial police obtained information indicating the alleged involvement of a resident of Borj Louzir in these activities.
After surveillance, it was affirmed that he had received a shipment of drugs for distribution.
In coordination with Ariana’s public prosecutor’s office, a search was carried out at her home, showing approximately 500 grams of cocaine. The suspect confessed to his intention to distribute the drugs in nightclubs and nightlife venues.
