Tunisia- Bouderbala: The new constitution will be a surprise

Bar President Ibrahim Bouderbala affirmed on Monday that the new constitution will be a surprise since it will be a constitution of growth for a people who aspire to growth. He added that this constitution ensures the right to trade union activity and to strike, except for certain employees such as the armed forces and judges.

He clarified that in these trades, agents have the right to practice trade union activities, but without being able to strike. Bouderbala correspondingly denied that the system of pyramid democracy will be enshrined in the constitution.
