1450 more cases of contamination with coronavirus and 96 additional fatalities were recorded on November 17, 2020, the Ministry of Health announced in a press release Wednesday night.
The overall number of deaths consequently amounts to 2541, while the number of people infected with the virus has reached 83,772 cases.
Currently, 1548 people are hospitalized, of whom 291 are admitted to intensive care in both public and private hospital facilities and 125 put on ventilators, said the same source.
