Infection and the death tally from COVID-19 in on the rise as Tunisia has recorded 1826 coronavirus infections and 61 new deaths from the virus on December 24, the health ministry reported on Friday night.
Thus, the infection tally has hit 128,578 so far, against 4385 deaths. Meanwhile, recoveries grew by 650 to 98,426.
1441 COVID-19 patients have been hospitalised of whom 311 are in ICU and 103 under ventilators in public and private health facilities.
