Tunisia’s Health Ministry informed on Wednesday the country registered 5921 new COVID-19 cases and 116 coronavirus-related deaths on June 29, increasing the total figures to 420 103 positive cases and 959 deaths.
The tally is the highest recorded since the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020 of last year.
Meanwhile, recoveries rose to 354441 after adding 2261 recoveries
