Tunisia-Breaking news:Tunisia records 1514 new COVID-19 cases,66 deaths

There have been 1514  new cases of the coronavirus on April 17, data from the health ministry showed on Sunday. The total number of infections stood at 285,490.

Meanwhile, fatalities increased by 66 in the same period. The total death toll since the start of the pandemic was reported at 9783.

According to the Ministry of Health, public and private hospitals are currently treating 2404 people with the coronavirus, 486 people in intensive care units and 143 patients on oxygen.
