Tunisia – Bronchiolitis is wreaking havoc in Kairouan

The head of the paediatrics service at Ibn Al Jazzar hospital in Kairouan has confirmed that the number of bronchiolitis cases is constantly increasing in recent days. He stated that 29 children were hospitalized for bronchiolitis, including 2 under artificial breathing and 12 under intensive care, at the moment.

He called on parents to be more vigilant about their children, particularly since bronchiolitis is very infectious and can be very serious in children under six months.
