The death toll of the Bus accident that befell Sunday morning in Ain Snoussi region between Ain Draheim and Amdoun has risen to 24 deaths and 18 wounded, according to a source from the crisis response unit at the Health Ministry.
The wounded were transported to hospitals in the capital including, Charles Nicolle, Rabta, the Ben Arous Burns Hospital and the Mohamed Kassab Institute in La Manouba, the source added.
The bus was travelling carrying youths aged between 20 and 30 through the Ain Snoussi region when it plunged over a cliff.
