Tunisia-By presidential order: Suspension of the levy on retirement pensions

The Ministry of Social Affairs revealed in a press release on January 27, 2022, the exceptional suspension, by presidential decree, of the suspension of the levy on CNRPS pensions.

Stressing that this levy resulted from the automatic modification of pensions in respect of wage increases approved in early January 2019.

According to the same source, pensions will be paid as normal from February 2022.
