The spokesperson for the anti-terrorism judicial pole, Hanen Gaddes, confirmed in a statement on Radio Mosaïque FM, today, Tuesday, April 16, 2024, that 52 defendants were referred to in the investigation file known in the media as the name “the conspiracy against state security case”, and charges were brought against 40 of them and proceedings were halted against 12 others.
She added that the prosecution exerted its right to appeal the decision to dismiss the charges, remarking that each accused had the detailed charges attributed to them included in the investigating judge’s decision to close the inquiry.
