The number of Coronavirus infections in Tunisia has soared since the start of the pandemic to 7,382, after 747 cases were recorded on 12 and 13 September 2020, according to the latest update by the Ministry of Health.
The number of deaths from the virus also increased, reaching 117 deaths, while 5,090 cases are still carrying the virus opposing 2,175 recoveries.
Gabes recorded the highest number of infections with 1,060 cases, followed by Tunis Governorate with 1,030 cases, and Ben Arous with 954.
