The General Union of Agents of the Ministry of Justice, State Domain and Land Ownership asked its members to display more resilience and dedication to its judgments to guarantee the success of the open strike that began on November 24, 2020.
In a press release, the union repeated its preliminary refusal of all sorts of bias to the right to organize and the harassment exercised on the clerks of the sit-in courts, urging endurance as well as holding to activism to obtain their legitimate demands.
It further asserted that the proceeded intransigence of the supervisory authority and the administration is the inevitable cause and result of the situation in the judiciary, and it assumed full responsibility for it.
In addition, it reaffirmed that the open sit-in and national and regional workers’ rallies, is nothing but a preface to activism as long as the demands of justice officials are not answered, calling all unions to prepare to secure the success of the great national march of justice officials, programmed for the coming days.
