Spokesperson for the Tunis Court of Appeal affirmed this Wednesday that the fourth commercial chamber at the Tunis Court of First Instance decided to nullify the judgment given in first instance, decreeing the sale of the managing Shems FM radio channel, and the referral of the file for a second study.
As a reminder, the court of first instance of Tunis decided on June 2, the liquidation of this company cleared all its debts, for the profit of the company currently being created, Africa Prodcasting.
