• Continue the protocol already in place and the general measures, particularly the curfew from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., application of the health protocol (mask-wearing, distancing, etc.) and the protocol inflicted in restaurants, cafes, places of worship and hotels with the application of reception percentages of 30% for closed spaces and 50% for open spaces.
• Intensification of awareness and vaccination campaigns.

The governors are likewise called upon to organize as soon as possible the meetings of the regional committees for the fight against disasters to exert the following measures in view of the local health situation.

For regions with an infection rate of over 400 cases per 100,000 inhabitants during the last fourteen days.General lockdown is decreed with the closure of the regions concerned with the application of the following measures:

• Ban of travel to and outside the regions involved
• Curfew from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
• Closure of businesses and public spaces except for businesses that sell foodstuffs
• Calling on citizens not to leave their houses except for reasons of first necessity
• Ban on gatherings and suspension of festive, cultural and religious events
• Adoption of the duty system for administrative services
• Exception for travel to attend national exams and competitions or for food and drug suppliers

For governorates and delegations where the infection rate is between 300 and 400 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, targeted lockdown will be decreed with isolation of the areas concerned:

• Closure of the regions or area concerned
• Curfew from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
• No chairs in cafes and restaurants and take-out service from 4 p.m.
• Ban on festive, cultural and religious gatherings and events

For regions where the infection rate is between 200 and 300 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, targeted lockdown must be decreed in the governorate or the delegations concerned. It is detailed as follows:

• Curfew from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
• No chairs in cafes and restaurants and take-out service from 4 p.m.
• Ban on festive, cultural and religious gatherings and events

Regions, where the rate of infection does not surpass 200 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, must continue to strictly apply the general measures already in force.
