The Directorate General of Customs stated Tuesday that the latest deadline to profit from the execution of the customs Amnesty offer with total payment will take place on December 31, 2022.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, the Directorate General of Customs called people who have profited from the customs Amnistie offer not to surpass the deadline of December 31, 2022, emphasising that the overtaking lead to the cancellation of the offer of amnesty, with the impossibility of requesting its implementation or presenting it to the administrative and judicial authorities.
Customs recollected that the customs amnesty offer with total payment concerns natural and legal persons with customs debts subject to customs trials or pronounced judgments.
It likewise indicated that people who have benefited from an amnesty offer with fractional payment are called upon to comply with the subscribed payment calendar so as not to be likely to pay delayed interest.
