Minister of Justice, Leila Jaffel, called for speeding up the finalization of the latest provisions, and in particular, technical verifications, for the execution of the prison monitoring system using electronic bracelets.
She added that at first, these bracelets will be set up with prisoners incarcerated during their outings at ‘Hospital, or for sites outside prison, before being, later used by the magistrates as an alternative penalty to imprisonment.
