The investigating judge of the Tunis Court of First Instance decided, this Tuesday, December 5, 2023, to free attorney Dalila Msaddek.
Msaddek was questioned based on Decree No. 54 and the violation of the prosecutor’s decision to ban media coverage of the conspiracy against state security case.
