In an interview with AL MAGHREB newspaper, spokesperson of the UGTT, Sami Tahri affirmed that the trade union is still expecting the reply of the President of the Republic, Kais Saied, concerning the initiative of the dialogue it had presented to him more than a week ago. Tahri related the reactions are late and must be decided with approval or rejection.
The trade union desires a clear and official response from the President of the Republic, so that, if approved, it starts the consultations to choose the members of the committee of wise men.
