Tunisia-Ennahdha denounces appearance of civilians in military justice

Ennahdha condemned on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, the arrests and legal proceedings against some bloggers, and referring some of them to the military court for publication of post on social networks.
In a press release, the movement asserted its “opposition to return civilians to military courts and all sorts of legal action and restrictions on bloggers, media professionals, thinkers and influencers”, and communicated its “ adhesion and its total defence of the freedom of expression guaranteed by the constitution ”.

Hence, the Ennahdha party urged all players in the virtual space to express themselves freely within the framework of respect for others and objectivity.
