President of the Republic, Kaïs Saïed, chaired today, Sunday, October 15, 2023, the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Evacuation Day, in Bizerte, in the attendance of Prime Minister, Ahmed Hachani, the Minister of Defense Imed Memmich, and the president of the House of People’s Representatives, Brahim Bouderbala.
The President of the Republic laid, on this occasion, a wreath of flowers at the foot of the memorial and recited the Fatiha in memory of the martyrs.
He saluted the national flag to the sound of the national anthem and reviewed a detachment of honour from the three armies.
