Tunisie Numerique obtained a copy the superior commission for the control of public services report in connection to the inquiry of conflict of interest involving Elyes Fakhfakh for transactions between companies in which the head of the resigning government-owned shares, and National Agency for Waste Management (ANGED).
The comprehensive report of more than 70 pages, resolved that there was a presumption of a conflict of interest for Fakhfakh, insofar as some contracts were obtained by Fakhfakh companies without meeting all the required conditions for the acceptance of the files. The report also revealed that the manager who approved the offers of these companies was promoted, shortly afterwards as Directorate-General of the agency.
Moreover,t the presidency of the government to a certain moment, intervened in the management of these files at the level of the settlement of the litigation situations, amicably.
