In a post published yesterday on his official page, former Minister of Employment Faouzi Abderrahmane addressed the decision to cancel the 34th edition of the Carthage Cinematographic Days (JCC).
“Cancellation of the JCC… ignorance, absurdity and absence of understanding (to say the least)…” he indicated, calling for an understanding of the role of cinema in society.
Note that the decision was disclosed yesterday by the Ministry of Cultural Affairs as a sign of solidarity with Palestine.
