On the sidelines of his visit to Beja field hospital today, June 23, 2021, Minister of Health, Dr Faouzi Mehdi confirmed to Tunisie Numerique, that in a few hours an equipment and funding plan will be set up for the field hospital in the region.
According to Mr Faouzi, the field hospital will take care of COVII-19 patients after 10 days, with the establishment of 84 oxygen beds, pointing to the likelihood of equipping it with resuscitation beds if human resources in the said speciality are available.
In addition, he stressed the necessity for the construction of a new hospital in the Beja governorate.
