Speaking at today plenary session at the House of people representatives, MP Fayçal Tebbini questioned House speaker Rached Ghannouchi mental ability, asking him to present a medical certificate proving otherwise.
The MP questioned Ghannochi ability to continue his functions and head the parliament session. He likewise criticized the appointment of a former RCD member as an advisor in charge of national reconciliation.
On his part, Ghannouchi demanded Tebbbini to respect manners.
