Tunisia- French ambassador to Tunisia Olivier Poivre d’Arvor denies termination of his fucntion

In a Facebook post, the French ambassador to Tunisia, Olivier Poivre d’Arvor reacted to rumours circulating on social networks
regarding the termination of his mission.
Arvor addressed directly journalist Samir Elwafi, who had affirmed this information, asking him to correct this error while ensuring that the French State decided to extend his mission for another year.
Below is Olivier Poivre d’Arvor post :
Dear Samir El Wafi,
This is an April Fool’s prank in October … and hence it’s an absolute misleading information.
I would be appreciative if you did not publicise it and tell your followers. My term has just been extended for one year.
Best regards
Olivier Pepper of Arvor
