56 domestic cases of COVID-19 infection were recorded in Gabes governorate after 276 tests were carried out on samples taken from people suspected of having the virus, local health director Yahia Hamdi.
El Hamma reported 49 infections while the remaining seven were reported in the rest of the regions.
