In an official video posted on his Facebook page, Hamadi Jebali former leader of Ennahdha party properly expressed his direct refusal to the draft law intended to amend the electoral code.
Mr Jebali warned of the negative consequences of amending the electoral law months before the elections. Stating that such act will heavily impact the democratic processes. Moreover, he adequately warned to use the parliament as a tool to change the political game.
With regard to the postponement of the elections, Jebali requested to respect the electoral calendar. Promptly declaring that delaying the election will impose itself as an imminent threat.
