Tunisia-Hedi Baccour: The quantities of coffee required are not available

President of the Employers’ Union Chamber of Large Surfaces under UTICA Hedi Baccour affirmed that the required quantities of coffee are not available and that they are operating with suppliers to resolve this crisis.

In a statement on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, to Tunisie Numérique, Baccour stated that the primary reason is due to the fact that the trade office is responsible for purchasing the coffee and selling it to distributors.

He likewise indicated that the disruption in the availability of coffee is also due to the notable shortage of the quantities supplied.
