Tunisia: High school student who assaulted teacher reveals motive for crime

The deputy prosecutor and official spokesperson for the Ben Arous court announced this evening, November 08, 2021, that the student who attacked his teacher with a cleaver, said during his questioning that the teacher declined to allow him to undergo again the history and geography test.

As a result, he returned home, grabbed a knife and a cleaver, returned to high school and used them in the execution of his crime.

The court spokesman disclosed in a statement to a private radio station, that the assailant intentionally stabbed his teacher’s body sporadically, and left him in severe condition, taking advantage of the recess of 4:00 p.m.
