Ikbel Azzabi, deputy secretary general of the General Federation of Basic Education has revealed that about 400 thousand students are still at home because of the designations which he considers illegal and the precarious employment mechanisms adopted by the Ministry of Education this year.
Azzabi communicated that the General Federation of Basic Education called on alternate teachers with an applied license not to join their positions while waiting for the rectification of the recruitment mechanism by the ministry.
He added that this mechanism does not determine the number of working hours, their wage scale or the date of their recruitment.
