Interior Minister Hichem Mechichi met on Tuesday with the directors-general of the various bodies of the internal security forces, as well as senior officials of the ministry.
The work of the internal security forces to ensure citizens and their property, as well as public institutions, was addressed on the meeting agenda.
The minister reminded his senior executives of the obligation to work in common accord with the principles of the ministry, of the legislation and to ensure that they remain neutral towards the various components of the political landscape.
