Tunisia-Iyadh Elloumi: We will have recourse to international jurisdictions

Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, politician Iyadh Elloumi stressed all the parties who oppose the “coup d’etat” and the exceptional measures set in place by the President of the Republic Kais Saied will have recourse to international jurisdictions if the current situation persists.

Elloumi clarified that the Court of Auditors sent him correspondence containing offences that were not cited in its report. “I am going to have recourse, in this regard, to the High Commissioner for Human Rights, to the International Union of Parliaments and to the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSM). We have the right to safeguard ourselves,” he said.
